As consultants, we collaborate with our clients so as to help people learn and to help improve interpersonal relationships in organizations. We develop and animate learning sessions adapted to specific needs and we council managers on questions relating to the management of their human resources.
Learning
We aim to help people acquire the knowledge and to develop the skills required in their organizations so as to fully assume the responsibilities associated with their work. Successful learning is manifested by the learner's modification of behaviour.
Why learning should be considered as an essential element of human ressource management
Human resource management must be based on basic principles involving interpersonal relationships. Among these principles, we believe that personal and organizational values must be congruent, that respect, mutual confidence, open communications and the possibilities for continued growth are all essential. These principles can be respected and can be applied only in an environment that encourages continuous learning.
In addition to these fundamental principles of interpersonal relationships, we must consider principles relating to economic realities. It is known that:
- Human resources often represent the largest "cost" in an organization. It is therefore normal to invest in the management of this resource just as we do in technological or other resources.
- Human resources as an input in the production process are a fundamental element in the success of an organization. Consequently, all expenses attributed to their development are rapidly seen as investments.
- Adaptability, innovation and growth in organizations are totally dependant on their human resources. Growth in an organization is the result of investments made in formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Like technology, human resources evolve continuously. Organized learning opportunities permit this evolution to parallel the needs of the organization and to facilitate adaptation to change.

Consulting and coaching
