Kevin Kelly, President
Kevin Kelly is a senior consultant with more than thirty years of experience as a teacher and consultant in organizations. His dynamic approach, his versatility and his preoccupation for the real needs of people in learning situations or in the production process have been greatly appreciated in the mandates he has undertaken.
He holds a Masters degree in education (psychopedagogy and andragogy) as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in geography. He also completed the course requirements in the Masters of Urban and Regional Planning programme at the University of Ottawa. These varied formal education programmes have permitted him to understand the needs of people and organizations in different workplaces and spheres of activity. They have also permitted him to develop a unique approach to management and to teaching that underlies all of his interventions.
His experience acquired through 18 years as a teacher in the secondary school system in Ontario, and since the early 1990s in private and governmental organizations have gained him a exemplary reputation as a consultant in management and in learning. His knowledge in these areas permit him to offer his services to help managers manage people, manage and organize production, plan new ways of doing things, manage change and implement new work environments based on teamwork and empowerment of employees. Furthermore, his experience in the design and production of computer-assisted learning modules allows him to offer his clients a modern approach and quality products that facilitate continuous learning in organizations.
Kevin has shown with each mandate his capacity to understand and respect the unique character of each individual and of each problematic situation. His understanding of the complexity of interpersonal relationships has permitted him to offer efficient and original directions for the solving of complex problems.
The majority of his mandates have been relatively short term because as a consultant, he aims to help clients take over the mandates as rapidly as possible since managers, employees of organizations must assume the responsibility for the implementation and follow-up and the success of the activities undertaken with the consultant
